The Voith Group sets global standards in energy generation from hydropower, drive technology for industry and vehicles, and paper production. Voith technologies are drivers of the global transformation to climate protection because they help to reduce CO2 emissions and save resources. With 22,000 employees, 5.5 billion euros in sales, and locations in over 60 countries around the world, Voith is one of the global players on the path to a sustainable future. This needs to be effectively supported with strategic communication on a broad level. A task that we meet with our entire consulting and communication portfolio and our sustainability expertise. This has resulted in years of trusting cooperation. Target group-specific content along the customer journey, especially in the area of drive technology for the manufacturing industry and mobility on road, rail and water. We provide a channel- and target group-specific communication strategy across the entire customer journey: From specialist press in print and online to Voith’s digital channels, social media and websites, to printed sales materials and the digital customer magazine “Perspectives”. At the heart of our content strategy is good storytelling that conveys highly technical topics in a clear and customer-centric manner. Voith benefits from diverse synergies for consistent communication through to lead generation, which noticeably supports sales.

Digital Marketing

Compared to print products, digital communication has two key advantages: It can be networked with other digital channels, and it can be tracked. Also for these reasons, we have transformed the customer magazine Perspectives into a new digital edition with Voith Turbo. For this, we have developed a creative concept that uses an animated homepage to offer a very intuitive access to the various topic blocks and individual topics. Our content managers take over the CMS maintenance and populate the digital magazine with content, networking it via social media or other digital formats. By tracking the website, we can track which topics perform well with users and adjust the content accordingly in order to generate qualified leads.

Consulting: Clear Goals, Coherent Communication Strategies

Whether crisis communication, lobbying or CEO communication: Before each measure, we define the goals and develop a consistent communication strategy. This holistic consulting approach is the basis of our long-standing, successful partnership. For example, in the internal campaign “Accelerate”, in which we provided communicative and advisory support for change processes in the company. Up to the development of a new mission statement 2030.
